Getting ready to remove the seat to drill the bulkhead holes.
You can see the plate that I've drilled and placed some bulkhead
connectors in already on the floorboard.

Taking the bolts out of the back of the seat.

The seat is out!

Making the cuts! I have to say that I did ALMOST cut through
some wiring! I had slid the razor knife up towards the hump
and just as I was stopping the doors locked by themselves! I
had cut in the jacket and shorted a wire to ground! Wups!
Thank God I didn't cut that bundle though, LOTS of wires! Yeesh!

Testing for fit.

Same.

Holes drilled through the floor.

Testing the fit and wallering out the holes a bit. I used
some sheet metal screws to hold the plate temporarily, later
to go in with bolts, washers and nuts.

Under the car shot. Oops! As you can see two of the connectors
come out right over a beam! Originally it looked like I would
have enough clearance to get an elbow connector on but that
was not the case.

Testing fit with more connectors and the bolts.

I'm shaping a galvanized piece of metal to go from the plate
to bare metal on the body for a ground at this point. The
space under the bracket is actually not metal but a spray
insulation that is hard to get up.

Same.

Cleaning up some mistakes with spray foam! Handy stuff!

Ground strap with some No-Ox under it.

Drilling the extra hole off to the side to fix the mistakes.

Putting everything back after the work.

The seat is back in place and the radio is in the tray that
slides under the seat. I have a copper ground strap going
from the radio to the front bolt of the seat. Just need
to slide the seat back in place and tuck the wiring away and
connect the coax!

Shot of the rig bolted in the slide tray.

The handy spray foam!

And now for something totally different! I was gettin ready
for work the other day and it was pretty hot outside and these
three characters decided to hang out in the shade! :)
